Born and raised in Melrose with deep family roots in Melrose, as well as Charlestown, Brendan is extremely familiar with the local market.  Brendan has been investing in real estate in the Boston area since 2015, and currently owns and manages rental properties in both Melrose and Boston.  Brendan also enjoys investing in the stock market, and has used his gains to fund his real estate ventures.  Very well educated, Brendan holds the following degrees: Doctorate from Northeastern University, Masters from Salem State University, and Bachelors from Saint Anselm College.  Brendan’s clients have praised him for his negotiation skills, knowledge of the local market, work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.  Brendan truly values the relationships that he builds with his clients; getting to know them personally and making them feel comfortable throughout the buying and/or selling process.
