We worked with Alex to purchase our first condo in Somerville, I have nothing bad to say about him. I do want to touch upon some of the things that I consider highlights in our ~3 month process. Alex was extremely easy to reach and very responsive which was essential in such a hot real estate market. Often times, we would ask to visit a place and he'd set up an appointment same day or next day at worst. When visiting places, his knowledge from being a contractor was immensely appreciated as we have no particular DIY experience, he would point out issues that we couldn't see due to lack of experience. Once we made an offer, he would answer any and all questions we had (which was a lot since this was our first home) about the process. He helped us find a lender who got us a great rate and recommended a home inspection specialist who was extremely professional and had tons of expertise. It's great to have your mind at ease about a property once you've made the offer and that's what we got from Alex. One last thing, throughout the process we never felt rushed to make a decision and he emphasized throughout that we should make sure we are comfortable with making an offer on a place. I will absolutely recommend him to friends buying property in Boston and the greater Boston area.
